The Smallwood Crescent Community Centre, in partnership with the Department of Human Resources, Labour, and Employment, offers the Linkages program on an annual basis.  The Linkages program is open to non EI-Eligible clients, who have completed a minimum of Level II education, and have been out of school for more than six months.  The program offers a wage subsidy to employers who hire participants for a 26 week period.  The program also consists of regular career planning and group meetings which allows the participants to explore their future education and employment choices.
